You can ask Helios Transfer Turizm Tic. LTD. ŞTİ. to delete eligible personal data associated with the Hereke Travel application or About Cappadocia services.

What to include

Send the request from the email address connected to your account and state that you want your account and associated data deleted. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership.

What happens next

After verification, eligible account information and user-provided content will be removed. Information that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or security reasons will be kept only for the required period.

A direct support address will be added before the public launch.
